Characteristics of butyl rubber

Butyl rubber has excellent air tightness (more than 8 times lower air permeability than natural rubber), aging resistance and damping performance, and is an important raw material for the automobile industry and tire manufacturing. Almost all tire inner tubes in developed countries have been made of butyl rubber.
